Eusi Black ships processed orders to all parts of Kenya, eastern Africa and the entire continent.

Delivery timelines apply after you confirm your order by placing it on our website and making payment.

Eusi Black Gift Shop has contracted Wells Fargo Courier to execute delivery services that are to be done outside of Nairobi and thus the contract is binding. Our clients will have to comply by the rules stipulated by the shipping company where need be.

Non-personalized items

Provided the product is available:

  • Same day delivery for orders that are placed before 1600hrs and are to be delivered within Nairobi. Delivery will be done by a rider in the case of light products.
  • For orders to be delivered outside Nairobi, we will release the orders collectively at the same time so that delivery is facilitated overnight to the respective towns, counties and countries.

Personalized items

Personalized items require at least 24 - 48 hours to process. This could take longer depending on whether the item is in stock, the order queue, the quantity ordered, external conditions that are beyond us such as electricity availability, environmental and political conditions and others not listed.

Once your personalized order has been successfully processed, we then go ahead to organize for delivery:

  • Same day delivery for orders to be delivered within Nairobi. Delivery will be done by a rider in the case of light products.
  • For orders to be delivered outside Nairobi, we will release the orders collectively at the same time so that delivery is facilitated overnight to the respective towns, counties and countries.

 

Depending on the nature of the gift, the courier company might require more documentation such as an indemnity form signed by both us, the sender as well as you, the recipient.

Should the courier company require further documentation so as to facilitate the delivery from Nairobi to your location, we will communicate the same to you.

Eusi Black Ltd working hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 0900hrs - 1800hrs
  • Saturdays and certain public holidays: 0900hrs - 1500hrs

Orders confirmed on Saturday evenings, Sundays or on some public holidays will be processed and/or delivered the following business/ working day and the above stated guidelines will apply.

 

After placing an order on the website you can now easily and conveniently track your order through your order number that is also sent as an order confirmation to the registered email address.
