Politique de remboursement
Eusi Black Ltd has a return policy of one (1) day after delivering your order. If one day (24 hours) has gone by, unfortunately we can NOT accept your return or exchange request.
For a refund to happen, the following MUST be met:
The item purchased should;
- Have been plain i.e not branded or customized with your details.
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it including packaging. Used items are not eligible for a return.
- If a rider delivered it, it should as well be returned to us the same way.
- If the product was sent as a parcel outside Nairobi, it should be returned to us using the same means.
- Our team will also inspect the returned product(s) to ascertain their condition.
Returns are limited to certain products
Returns for the following are NOT acceptable:
- Personalized gifts
- Online gift vouchers (software)
- Perishable goods
- Items on sale
- Worn clothes, apparel and shoes
- Goods that have since been torn, scratched, pierced or worn out in any form.
Exchanges
- We can only replace items purchased from us if they were defective, damaged or non-functional when being dispatched.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@eusiblack.com and we will follow it up to ensure that the exchange is made with the same exact item or next best alternative.
Gifts bought for others
Once the returned item is received and we ascertain that indeed it the return is warranted, a gift card voucher of equivalent amount, valid for six months, will be mailed to you the buyer or the gift recipient, to be used to re-purchase or purchase another product.
Kindly Note:
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the products to us.
The shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the second delivery will also be incurred by you.
